Lau Kock Sang
Group Chief Executive Officer
Lau Kock Sang joined Signature Group on 1 November 2012 as Director of Retail Sales where he is responsible for leading the retail sales team and developing Signature Kitchen showroom locally and internationally. He was further assigned to group marketing and operational roles in 2017 and redesignated as Chief Executive Officer – Local Projects on 1 July 2021. He assumed the position of Group Chief Executive Officer on 10 February 2023.
He hails from Batu Pahat, Johor, and holds a Bachelor’s Degree in Business Administration with distinctions attained in 1997 from the University of Paisley, United Kingdom.
Since the age of 23, he has had a vast and varied working experience with industries as diverse as payment cards, fastmoving consumer goods (FMCG), and industrial lubricants. After attaining his degree in 1997, he then focused on the furniture industry starting with export sales for several furniture manufacturers in Batu Pahat and Muar, Johor.
Throughout 2011 till 2012, he expanded his career with a new venture in the United Kingdom, principally involved in furniture business encompassing both wholesale and retail markets, as well as being appointed as General Manager of a Malaysian flooring company.
He is the Non-Independent Non-Executive Director of Signature Alliance Group Berhad. He has no family relationship with any Director and/or major shareholder of the Company. He holds 8,000 ordinary shares in the Company but has no shareholdings in the subsidiary companies. He has not entered into any transaction, whether directly or indirectly, that has a conflict of interest with the Company. He has no conviction for any offences within the past 5 years (other than traffic offences, if any), nor any public sanction or penalty imposed by the relevant regulatory bodies during the financial year ended 31 December 2024.
Tan Kee Choong
Adviser
Tan Kee Choong was the co-founder and Group Managing Director of Signature International Berhad since 20 November 2007, primarily responsible for developing strategic direction of Signature Group. He stepped down as the Group Managing Director and assumed the role as the Group Chief Executive Officer on 16 June 2021. He stays on as Adviser following his resignation as the Group Chief Executive Officer on 10 February 2023 to provide guidance to support the continued growth of Signature Group.
He started his career in 1990 when he was employed as a Sales Executive in Better Living Grand Sdn Bhd, a company in the trading of building materials and design of kitchen cabinets, handling retail sales of kitchen cabinets. In 1992, he joined Home Scene Sdn Bhd as a Project Executive handling project sales of kitchen cabinets. He left Home Scene Sdn Bhd in 1994 and founded Signature Cabinet Sdn Bhd with Dato’ Chooi Yoey Sun.
His main responsibility is in advisory role in the strategic direction of Signature Group. He has approximately 35 years of experience in the kitchen systems industry, gaining his experience through a hands-on management style. He has contributed significantly to the production process improvements, product quality, brand recognition, research and development and more importantly, market penetration throughout Malaysia and overseas expansion.
He was awarded the BEST CEO award at Focus Malaysia’s inaugural Best Under Billion Awards on 6 November 2015. He is not a Director of any public companies and listed issuers in Malaysia.
He has no family relationship with any Director and/or major shareholder of the Company. He has not entered into any transaction, whether directly or indirectly, that has a conflict of interest with the Company. He has no conviction for any offences within the past 5 years (other than traffic offences, if any), nor any public sanction or penalty imposed by the relevant regulatory bodies during the financial year.
Lim Mee Ding
Group Chief Financial Officer
Lim Mee Ding was appointed as Director of Finance on 30 April 2015 and redesignated as Group Chief Financial Officer on 1 April 2023.
She holds a Master of Business Administration from Edith Cowan in 2004 and a Bachelor’s Degree in Accounting from University of Malaya in 1994. She is a Chartered Accountant of the Malaysian Institute of Accountants as well as Certified Financial Planner and is also recognised as a Certified Master Trainer by Open University Malaysia and LW Master Trainers Academy.
She has about 31 years of experience in multinational corporations and listed companies. Her acumen is further honed by an exposure to a wide range of disciplines including accounting, taxation, investment feasibility studies, procurement, human resource management, administration, warehousing, and general business operations.
Prior to her appointment as Director of Finance of the Signature Group of Companies, she was the Financial Controller for the EPMB Group of Companies for 11 years. In her previous roles, she was also the Chief Financial Officer of a multinational corporation as well as the Country Manager for a software solution provider.
She is not a Director of any public companies and listed issuers in Malaysia. She has no family relationship with any Director and/or major shareholder of the Company. She has not entered into any transaction, whether directly or indirectly, that has a conflict of interest with the Company. Low Chin Giap
Chief Executive Officer-Retail
Low Chin Giap was appointed as Chief Executive Officer of Retail Business on 1 December 2022. He graduated in 2004 from Monash University’s Caufield Campus in Melbourne with a Bachelor of Business (Marketing) and holds a certification in advertising campaign planning from Institute Advertising Communication Training (IACT) in Kuala Lumpur. He started his career as the Head of Department of Marketing and Product Development in Teka Kuchentechnik (M) Sdn Bhd. Subsequently, he headed to AinoFurnishing Sdn Bhd to manage the sales and marketing division as the Head of Department. With a wealth of experience in the kitchen industry spanning over 21 years, he has expertise in kitchen appliances and cabinets, and has worked with various multinational brands including Teka, Ariston, Gorenje, Franke, ISE and Nobili. He has held various roles in marketing, product development, sales and after-sales service, which has contributed to his extensive knowledge of the industry.
Lee Ngai Khoon
Chief Executive Officer
Lee Ngai Khoon was appointed as the Chief Executive Officer – Local Project for Signature Cabinet Sdn Bhd in February 2023.
He graduated with a Bachelor of Science in Construction Management and Economics from Herriot Watt University, Scotland, in 2002. He has a total of 23 years of working experience in the building construction, furniture manufacturing, and interior design fit-out works industry.
Prior to his appointment to Signature Cabinet Sdn Bhd, he was the Chief Operating Officer of a hotel interior design fit-out company for four years and was in charge of overall organisation operations.
He is not a Director of any public companies and listed issuers in Malaysia. He has no family relationship with any Director and/or major shareholder of the Company. He has not entered into any transaction, whether directly or indirectly, that has a conflict of interest with the Company. He has no conviction for any offences within the past 5 years (other than traffic offences, if any), nor any public sanction or penalty imposed by the relevant regulatory bodies during the financial year ended 31 December 2024.

Lee Ngai Khoon was appointed as the Chief Executive Officer – Local Project for Signature Cabinet Sdn Bhd in February 2023.
