Realising the importance of human capital development in sustaining the business growth, Signature places high focus on the training and development of our people. For the past years, Signature continues to research and improve the training methodology for our people, in particular, the technical ‘know-how’ to our staff in order to maintain the level of service and product quality that we are committed to all stakeholders. Comprehensive training programmes were also rolled out over the years to close the gap on skill and competency in all levels and disciplines. Such programmes include the leadership and managerial workshops and training, executive skill enhancement programmes.
